Hello guys
I had noticed that alcohol causes pain eaching the morning after drinking. Spicy foods can also give pain several hours after eating it (in my experience) how do these two irritate the prostate? Is it because the digestive track is so near the gland?
May be it linked to chinese theory about "hot" and "cold" food ?
