Could you please give your opinion about this result in my Prostatic Antigen test (PSA)?

It says 0.65

And there is another value there that reads seric Osmolarity (what ever that may be) 271.0

And I have another question.

I have read about you guys having back ache... in my case is more like the coccyx pain... it hurts when I'm sitting (of course) and even when I breath deeply) does that have to do with the prostatitis... I don't have an apparent reason of what else could it be
